By accessing or using the Channab dairy farm management platform ("Service"), available at farm.channab.com and through our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

Farm owners may grant access to additional users (employees, managers, veterinarians) through the platform's role-based access control system. The account owner is responsible for managing user permissions and for all activities conducted under their farm account.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance whenever possible.
Channab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect your use of the platform.
The Service is offered through subscription plans as described on our Pricing page. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe to a paid plan and renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
We accept payment through the methods specified on our platform. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription or plan upgrade. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing cycles. Contact our support team for refund requests.
Channab reserves the right to modify pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases.
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service, including animal records, milk production data, financial information, and any other farm-related data. You grant Channab a limited license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You may export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, Excel). We will assist with data export upon request and ensure your data is available for a minimum of 30 days following account cancellation.
We may use anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you or your farm for the purpose of improving the Service, conducting research, and generating industry insights. Individual farm data is never shared or sold.
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, code, and branding, is and remains the exclusive property of Channab and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Channab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your farm management purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Service, you grant Channab the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to improve the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through the account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but you may access your data for export during the 30-day retention period.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay subscription fees, or if required by law. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
Upon termination, your license to use the Service is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Channab, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Channab during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Channab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Channab is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For significant changes that materially affect your rights, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect.
